The machine-room-less elevator inherits the advantages of hydraulic elevators and uses traction drive systems instead of hydraulic transmission systems. Therefore, it is superior to hydraulic elevators in terms of structure, performance, and energy saving, and has no engine room, reducing costs for builders.
The main scheme of the current machine roomless elevators:

The size of the control cabinet is not limited by the size of the components used, but mainly depends on the installation position. If the control cabinet is arranged near the landing door, its external dimensions should be narrow and thin, so that its arrangement beside the landing door does not affect the movement of the landing door; if the control cabinet is arranged in the hoistway and drives around the host, its thickness dimension should be compared. Small, to ensure that it has a certain distance from moving parts in the well. If the control cabinet is set up next to the landing door, a certain vertical distance shall be kept between its bottom surface and the floor of the floor where the control cabinet is located (it is recommended to be at least 0.3m) to prevent the water from immersing into the control cabinet when the floor is washed or accidental running occurs; The front and the renovated wall are preferably made up of flat surfaces to prevent accidental damage to the control cabinet and the curiosity of the unrelated personnel. If the control cabinet is located beside the landing door and is embedded in the front wall of the hoistway, and the back of the cabinet is used as the main heat dissipation surface, the rear panel should be directly connected with the hoistway.
