The Saudi Taif Safeguarded Housing Project, located in the Taif area of Saudi Arabia’s Mecca Province, is a safeguarded housing project funded by the Saudi government and developed by the Ministry of Housing, and is managed by the Saudi National Housing Company. The first phase of the project consists of 31 5.5-storey (i.e. G+4.5F-storey) buildings with a total of 682 apartment houses, with a total construction area of about 110,000 square meters and a total cost of more than RMB 500 million, aiming to improve the housing conditions of low-income groups in the country.
