Quarterly maintenance requirements: the running speed of the handrail belt is within the allowable range; Step chain tensioning device is normal, no abnormal; Step bush lubrication is effective; Waterproof decoration function is normal, must be tested before the rainy season.

Annual maintenance requirements: reducer lubricating oil meets the standard range required by the manufacturing unit; The brake control force works normally and meets the requirements of the manufacturing unit; The top bolt of the car is fastened without loosening. No fault or damage to the accompanying cable.

The service life of the elevator is generally about 15 to 30 years, but this is only a rough range, and the actual service life will be affected by daily maintenance and maintenance. If the elevator is properly maintained, regularly repaired and maintained, and the overall structure is maintained well, the service life will be longer.
