FUJIHD Elevator Components and Functions

Multi-storey office buildings require coordinated travel and passenger-flow settings. The following FUJIHD product features address these operating needs; availability depends on the selected model and equipment specification.

Elevator: permanent-magnet traction drive

A permanent-magnet synchronous gearless traction machine drives the car without a reduction gearbox. Encoder feedback helps the controller regulate travel speed and the approach to each landing. The compact drive arrangement supports a considered balance of shaft space, ride comfort and maintenance access.

Elevator: full-load bypass

When the configured full-load condition is reached, the controller can bypass additional landing calls while continuing to serve registered car destinations. This avoids stopping a full car to collect passengers it cannot accommodate. The setting belongs within the building's wider passenger-flow and dispatch plan.
