About the building
The RURA Headquarters project is an administrative-office development in Kigali, Rwanda. Its architectural presentation shows the building's planned form and public-facing entrance. The office setting brings staff circulation and visitor access into a shared property, with vertical routes connecting the entrance level and the working areas above.

FUJIHD Elevator Components and Functions
Office circulation combines regular staff journeys with visitors using shared lobbies. The following FUJIHD product features address these operating needs; availability depends on the selected model and equipment specification.
Elevator: integrated FHSP50 control system
The FHSP50 control platform coordinates motor drive, lift operation and communication through a multi-chip architecture. Hardware monitoring supports supervision of the control system, while operating information helps maintenance teams investigate faults systematically. Dispatch settings should suit the building's actual passenger traffic.
Elevator: controlled door operation
A permanent-magnet door motor and electronic speed control coordinate the opening and closing cycle. The operating curve can be set for the door arrangement and load, helping the doors start and stop smoothly. Door dwell settings also need to reflect the time passengers require to enter and leave the car.
